I don't recommend this site: I spent $500 on an air-purifier expectating to receive a non-defective unit. I got a defective one. It was purchased because of the advertized feature "Programmable clock feature that lets you program fan speed changes throughout the day". The clock was defective- it was gaining 5 minutes extra every 2 hrs which defeats the programming feature. The return policy indicated defective products can be exchanged for another at no cost to you within 30 days of receipt of order. I tried to get the product exchanged SIX days after I received it and it became clear that Web Stores America does not honor their policy. They claim that the clock is not really a clock even though the manual and their posted reasons to purchase the unit state otherwise. They indicted that my unit is not defective which is clearly false and I will be hit with a 15% fee if I chose to return it. Because of this + the website policy of 2-5 days to process RMA, I do NOT recommend the site. |

The websight said 5-7 days to receive my order. I sent the order in on a Saturday, & received my Dehumidifier the following Friday. I have contacted them about the unit & got a response a few days later, & was commended for finding an error in the units instruction manual, which they are going to correct. The Free shipping was also a big plus in my book. They also had the best price on the web for the unit I purchased. |

Crap....I ordered a HEPA filter for my sick 3 month old son, only to find out a week later that the item was out of stock and they were 'unsure' when they would be getting more. If you want your product within a month, DONT use these people. |

Quick and Easy for ordering. I hope the product comes as expeditiously. Product arrived but the package was partly open. A key part was missing. The delivery company dropped oil all over my driveway...didn't notice until he left. It appears the product is in good working order, but I probably would not order from them again. |
