I called and talked with a customer service rep about the products. They helped me select the right unit and screen. I called back the next day to order. Order arrived on time with no issues. Boxes were not scratched. The projector was in a couple of boxes to make sure it was not damaged. They have since called a couple of times to check on my installation to ensure I did not need any assistant. They are familiar with the products they offer and know which works best for each situation. Great company and great customer service. |

I recently purchased an Epson PL1760W 3LCD Projector from Visualapex.com. their price was the best I found after several days of searching both online and at local stores. but what really surprised me was their follow up after purchase. a few days after delivery my salesperson called to see if I was satisfied with my purchase, if it had arrived on time. I had a concern about the amount of heat the unit was throwing out, my sales person said she’d be happy to swap it out if I liked. when I said no, I’d give it time, she had the company technician call me within 20 minutes to discuss any concerns I had. this is a great company to deal with. Great customer service and commitment. I will buy from them again. |

I purchased the Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 5010 with Visual Apex 120" permanent screen in January, 2012. Everything came exactly as advertised and everything came in working order. Visual Apex did a great job answering all my questions and their website is one of the best I've seen. Visual Apex linked professional reviews for the listed products and that is really what sold me on this company. They made it very easy to research all equipment and the "youtube" video they made unpacking and installing the 120" Visual Apex screen made me feel very comfortable that I could install it myself and it was because of this video that I bought their screen. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Visual Apex and my home theater system. |

If you want the best home theatre system for your money, backed by a company that provides immediate shipping and outstanding customer support (after the sale), Visual Apex is the only source you will need! In this day and age, price of the product is usually the most important consideration when making a large purchase. Well, I lucked out when I found the Epson 8700UB and Visual Apex. This is my second projector from Visual Apex (VA). First was the PTAE1000U and now the PTAE7000. The first time I was nervous about using the web for such an expensive and "fragile" purchase but I have no concerns anymore. These guys have very "genuine" people who work in sales and in Customer Service. They talk to you like a human, dont just recite policy, and have advocated for me like a family member would (my first projector had some warranty issues a year after I had it and these guys helped me work with the company (Panasonic). If the price is the same somewhere else (or even a little less) go here...you will have an ally who will support you for a long time to come. |

Since the theater package came in several shipments, sould have paid cafeful attention to the supplemental data on the invoice. After an e-mail from VA highlighting the info, had no problems tracking the shipments. All the equipment arrived in good condition and already set-up/working w/o any problems. The web site is easy to use and even phoned once for additional information; the convesation went very well. This was my first experience with VA, and was very successful. |
