The measure of a civilization is how it treats its weakest members. Same is true for a merchant, the weakest members being those who have problems with their orders. In my case ordered a deluxe kit of a video light and received the basic edition. They got the descriptions and pictures wrong on the web site, as both were the same, but they did get the price and model number correct. I was charged for a delux set but was only got the basic unit. I had called customer support no less than 5 times. I did try Helen Oster -- 7 emails and about 4 weeks later I had the parts. For a total of 3 hours wasted (2 on phone calls - 1 on emails) I only got a coupon for $25 (on orders over $50), which is a joke, since I make $48 an hour after taxes. Coupon was for one-time use with no expiry. A year later I go give adorama another chance. I go to use the coupon and I get "Sorry, we can’t apply this coupon. Please re-enter code:".
