I really appreciate the super deals, the easy website, (user friendly), and the checkout process. This website is excellant! I give it a 10 Star rating:)(part 1 of 2) (part 2 of 2)- after receiving my product... Everything was very good except their shipping time. Unfortinately I had to give them a poor rating "only" for the lengthy time it took to receive my item. If they pick up their pace on their process, from the start... the placement of the order, processing time, and then getting it suipped out to the customer on time, I would have to say they would hold a 10 star review from me all the way across the board. To be more spacific on the shipment time....I received my item about 2-1/2 weeks after placing the order. I do admit this was specified in the email I received after placing my order, so I will give them 100% credit for being consistant with their promised time:) Overall I still think it's worth buyng again, and again from eBags! Thanks:) |

Please start shipping to Guam, it is a US Territory and in the US Postal Code system under Zone 8, same as Hawaii so it costs the same to ship to Guam as it does to Hawaii. I have to send my order to my brother-in-law in Hawaii and then he takes it right back to post office and sends it to me in Guam.... please, please, please, I will order a lot more if you do. |
