I've been a regular customer at eBags for years, however, this time they seriously failed in delivering what they promised. The item arrived after the date I needed it for a weekend trip. What is the point of express shipping if it takes them forever to ship it in the first place |

What a shock for me to find out that the pricegrabber info was completely wrong! It had the wrong price on the object, the wrong shipping pricing, i saved almost 20% just by going to the real sales party's website to check them out. I will never be coming back to pricegrabber! I would have grabbed myself a ripoff! |

Payed extra for express shipping and they took 2 days to fill the order and sent it out ground. They indicated an express date of 4 days but that turned into 7. All C.S. would offer is to refund the shipping, that does not change the fact of no bag for trip. Don't bother with express shipping from these guys.... Shame on them!!! |

I was excited to find this luggage at the 20% discount... however, was disappointed that I could not use my "free shipping on $75 or more" promotional also. It would have saved me another $13.95. |

I was promised my order would be shipped 2nd day air on 6/17/08. It is now 6/23/08 and it still has not even shipped yet. I have called customer service twice, but they were no help at all. I will never shop there again. And I certainly will never recommend them to a friend. |
