I have usually bought my merchandise at the store. I am a little scared for I am not able to physically see the products first. I can say that I have been satisfied with the service at the store located in Naperville, IL. |

I cannot believe how much trouble ordering 1 item for someone who has bought several things over the years. And when I let them know the order was incomplete they did not even email back & say "tough ....". I was ignored!
This, after having to redo the order three times and having to retype my email address about 20 times. A stroke keft my left side paralized so I can only type one finger, extra keystrokws are hard.
I have just stopped dealing with CompUSA, just when I was looking for a new system! I am pleased with the availablity and price of my item, but the shipping charges are somewhat high. If there was an option to ship to the store and pick it up at the store "NO Charge" I would have preferred that. |

Called the store. They said to go on internet. I went and found exacty wat I want. I knew there would be a tax and the shipping was not exortitant. I was very satisfied with the experience. Now, if the product lives up to expectations, I would be thrilled. I hope a letter of directions come with the product. |

good experience, product i ordered was defective, called up, got a shipping label and refund for return and exchange for same product. Great customer service. Only Bad thing, Compusa stores do not take returns from store website orders, first one i've come across like this. |
