Strengths: Very versatile and adjustable. Extremely light, comfortable to wear. Excellent sound quality. Unit worked well right out of the box. No interference with 2.4gHz WIFI in office or area.
Weakness: No way to dial out from headset (this is pretty minor). versatility of adjustments means it takes a while to get the sound setting right, but that is not a bad thing either.
This is a very light and versatile headset. Volume adjustments are great for both incoming and outgoing sound levels. True cordless, no belt packs or cords. Strengths: Hands free & cord free. I can get reception in my entire office. I am a loan manager & completing loan applications over the phone always gave me a kink in my neck and back....not anymore!
Weakness: I hear a slight echo when I speak. If I move the mouthpiece far enough away so that I don't hear the echo, my customer cannot hear me with ease. It just takes a bit of getting used to.
The Plantronics 900 MHZ WIRELESS OFFICE HEADSET SYSTEM CS-50 has made my life so much easier and pain free. I just wish that I could make the slight echo go away when I am speaking to my customer. It took a bit of getting used to having an earpiece. My ear was a bit sensitive for the first week or so, but now it is great. I even forget that it is there.

The CS-50 is a must for serious telephony. There are 4 setting switches so it takes some trial and error to get it to work, but I was able to do so in about 10-15 minutes. Be sure to let it fully charge before you attempt to select the proper settings. Great product!

Strengths: Stays charged all day. Crystal clear sound. Light weight.
Weakness: Ear piece alone doesn't fit snuggly. When you turn your head, it wobbles around a bit. (However, the over-the-head attachment is perfect.)

A little cumbersome to install. Gives good reception in my office. I have two of these and do not have any problems with my wireless network and the other unit. Allows a lot more efficiency with my office staff. Increased efficiency is worth the money. Using the HL hand set lifter with this unit makes it worthwhile. Would not recommend using it without this additional accessory

Strengths: simple to operate. just take the headset off the hook on your phone, then turn on the earpiece. the person on the other end can hear you clearly. works on single and multi-line phones.
Weakness: i get feedback coming from my phone when I have the base too close by. sometimes there's an echo with my own voice, but you can fix it by making adjustments on the unit.
a little bit pricey, but very easy device to set-up and use. no wires to deal with on the headset. no extra piece to hold, like the previous version of this headset. if only i can get rid of the feedback, this would be wonderful.
